At First National Bank of Omaha, I helped turn around a struggling wealth management division and led transformation projects across the enterprise. I learned how to see the system underneath the symptoms—and how to redesign it.
Then I built something from scratch: Reclaimed Enterprises, Omaha's first company turning reclaimed materials into custom design and furniture. It taught me that innovation isn't just about ideas—it's about execution, iteration, and proving the concept works.
At Triage Staffing, I helped redesign operations and technology to fuel growth in a business built on speed and trust. That's where I started seeing how the right systems could 10x what a team was already capable of.
Today, as Chief Innovation Officer at MedPro Healthcare Staffing, I'm using Human + AI to build new ways to grow—transforming how we match people, process, and opportunity.
