Unlocking Possibility: What Happened When I Stopped Trying to Do It the Old Way

The Feedback That Changed Everything

Eleven years ago, I was sitting in the office of a top executive. I had worked for the company for 10 years and had just finished my latest transformation assignment and I was exploring what was next.

"I hear you've got great ideas, but you've got trouble with execution."

At the time, that stung. But honestly? There was some truth to it. I was trying to build new things using old methods — methods that boxed me in, slowed me down, and left me second-guessing myself.

The Brute Force Phase

For awhile after that conversation, I just tried brute force. I worked as hard as I could for as long as I could to do as much as I could… and I failed.

Since then, a lot has changed.

Working Differently

Not because I suddenly became some productivity guru or execution wizard — but because I started working differently. I started combining my own creative thinking with early versions of AI and no code tools. It was better but wasn't scalable.

When OpenAI launched ChatGPT, I jumped in. I didn't realize it at first, but over time, the way I work evolved into what I now call my Human+AI Work Stack™.

And once I had that, everything shifted.

I went from "I wish I could" to "I already did."

It wasn't just 1 or 2 tools, it was a willingness to try any tool that could help me move and learn faster. Build. Fail. Build. Win.

What This Is About

This site — and the series I'm kicking off here — is for anyone who's been in that same spot. You've got a vision, you've got ideas, you've got the drive… but you need a better way to make it all real. That's what this is about.

I'm not here to sell a playbook or pretend I have all the answers. I'm here to share what's actually working for me, in real time. The tools, the mindsets, the small wins, the big leaps, the failures. All of it.

If you're trying to do something bold — and you're ready to ditch the old limits — you're in the right place.

Let's figure it out together.
